Hello Pene, yes, I love the old blanket and it has been around for a very long time and I love using it in the needle books❤

Hi Chris, thank you. The bird book and the vintage book both have a layer of plain quilted fabric used as a backing and the owl book is a quilted fabric that is plain on the back so didn't need anything else.

Hello Sharon, thank you for your comment and in answer to your question, no, I don't have a video on how I construct my needlebooks. Usually, I collect the bits that I want to use in it and just arrange everything how I find it pleasing. As for the sewing in of the pages, it can be a bit of a fiddle and I usually do have to have a few attempts until I am happy enough that it is straight and even enough, often pulling out the stitches and trying again. I use a strong crochet cotton and try and make fairly small stitches. When you use a quilted fabric like these three are made from the stitches just seem to 'nestle' into the fabric and on the inside middle if you make a pocket, then quite a bit of it is hidden inside the pocket. @@chrissiecrosser I wonder if she sells actual prints I don’t have a printer at the moment and when I did a down load and gave it to vi Jim to print at work it didn’t work. Im trying to figure out what computer would be best for the craft that we do. What computer do you have? If you don’t mind sharing the info

@@bernieamomentintimek6635 I have two printers both Epson. One is an old one which is my preferred and it is an XP-420 and probably not available now..the other is an eco tank Epson model ET 4750. The later is much more economical as far as the inks go but I don't like the colours it prints..it is much more vivid than my old one. I find it good if I want brighter colours but I find the old one more natural colours. When my old one is ready to be replaced I will probably get an updated model of it. I hope this helps.

Hello Dawn, thank you for your comment. In answer to your question, yes, the needle goes through all the pages...maybe not easily and I do have to have a few attempts to get my stitches somewhat even and do un-pull a few times until I am happy with how it looks. You need to use a fairly strong thread, I use a crochet cotton and just try and get everything lined up and even. Yes, it's a bit of a fiddle but it is achievable. I hope you enjoy making a needlebook. Chrissie
